Man, 24, Killed After Car Crashes Into Tree On Route 25 In Trumbull

A 24-year-old man was killed in after his car crashed into a tree on Route 25 in Trumbull on Saturday.

The crash, just south of Route 111, occurred around 3:30 p.m. when Brendan Murren of Trumbull lost control of his car while switching lanes, went up a small embankment and into a tree, police said.

Murren was pronounced dead at St. Vincent’s Hospital.
